Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

From the app, go to Settings > Subscription and tap "Manage in App Store" or "Manage in Google Play". You can also cancel directly from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete account. This immediately and irreversibly removes all your local data. You do not need to contact support to delete your account.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings > Data > Export to download a JSON file with your meal history and profile. This is available to all users, free and paid.

Where is my data stored?

Your nutrition data is stored only on your device in an encrypted local database (Isar). Food photos are sent to our servers for AI analysis and are discarded immediately; they are not stored.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact your platform support.

Does the app work offline?

Partially. You can view your history, journal, and weekly plan offline. Photo scanning, recipe generation, and menu analysis require an Internet connection.
