1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Soma ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscription terms

Soma offers a trial period followed by an auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use automated systems to access the App without authorisation.
• Upload content that infringes on third-party rights.

4. Medical disclaimer

Soma is not medical advice. The App provides general nutritional information and estimates based on AI analysis. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are in recovery from an eating disorder.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soma and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Soma or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
